  • Rugged Rotomolded Construction

    One piece rotomolded body & lids exceed Air Transport Association (ATA) Specification 300, Category I requirements.

  • Reinforced Corners & Edges

    15% to 20% thicker corners and edges for added durability and protection.

  • Rack Frames

    Options ranging from lightweight extruded 6061-T6 aluminum frame or steel frames depending on the case model. Designed to meet ANSI/EIA-310-C for universal rack mounting hole pattern.

  • Double-Walled rim with Tongue-in-groove Seal

    Creates a Splash and rain resistant seal. Airtight/watertight available upon request

  • Molded-In Ribs

    Molded-in ribs provide extra columnar strength and enable secure stacking.

  • Elastomer Shocks

    Rubber shocks are installed on the four corners of the front and back of the rack frame, with up to 16 shock mounts for heavy-duty applications (2 per corner)

  • Durable Hardware and Handles

    Fully recessed hardware and handles, protected from external impact damage.

  • Anti-Shear Locks

    Patented, positive anti-shear locks prevent case lids from separating from mid-section even after impact – and minimize stress on hardware.

  • Molded-In Color

    Available in a wide range of FED STD and Pantone® colors
